Addressing lawmakers on Wednesday, Water and Environmental Affairs Minister Edna Molewa said that the “practical, user-friendly” solution would be released jointly with Mineral Resources Minister Susan Shabangu, in partnership with industry, “towards the third quarter of this year”.
